The quote is built from the company’s own price book, never an invented rate, and Mason says out loud when a job needs a range, the owner’s review, or somebody on site. When a customer goes quiet, Mason follows up by email in the company’s name and answers simple questions from the quote itself.

Because the money is lost in the handoffs. A quote that does not know it became a booking is a PDF. A booking that does not know what was agreed sends the crew out short.
