01What does Mason actually do?

After a customer receives a quote, Mason sends helpful follow-up emails from your business name. Simple questions are answered using the quote, and follow-up continues until the customer answers or it is time to stop.

02Do I have to approve every email?

No. On Pro and Unlimited, new quotes that are ready for follow-up start automatically. Mason stays within the prices and discount limit you set, and asks for your help when a customer requests a call or asks something the quote cannot answer.

03Can I see the emails or take over?

Yes. Every email and reply appears in your dashboard. You can jump in, reply yourself, pause the follow-up, or stop it anytime.

04Will Mason make up a price?

No. You choose your services, prices, minimum charge, and largest allowed discount. If a job needs more information, the customer gets a price range or a message that your team will review it.

05Does every job get an exact quote?

No—and it should not. Straightforward jobs can get an exact quote. Work that needs a diagnosis or an in-person look comes to you with the customer’s details and photos already collected.

06Do customers need to install an app?

No. They open your link on their phone, answer a few questions, and take the requested photos. Nothing needs to be installed.

07What happens when a customer says yes?

The quote is saved and your team is notified. You contact the customer to confirm the date and final job details. ScopeMason does not book the job on your calendar for you.

08Which trades are supported?
